Small Broadcasters Await Close of Media General-Nexstar Merger

With no word yet on whether the Federal Communications Commission will grant waivers to select minority and woman-owned broadcasters who have purchased TV stations from merger partners Nexstar Broadcasting and Media General, Inc., some of those broadcasters are expressing growing concern with the FCC’s inaction.
