Protests Mount Against Dakota Access Pipeline

Energy Transfer Partners, the Texas-based company behind the Dakota Access Pipeline, announced Tuesday that it would resume construction of the controversial oil pipeline project that the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and its allies say would desecrate ancient Indian burial grounds and cultural sites.
