FCC Expected to Announce Bidders for Spectrum Shortly

Updated March 11, 12:13pm – Within the next week or so, the Federal Communications Commission is expected to announce the names of wireless carriers bidding for spectrum in the incentive auction, two sector bankers told CTFN.

The announcement will “probably” be made next week, according to the first banker, who said that the agency has not set the exact date.

The FCC did not return phone calls requesting comment.
